Every fraction of the trailer from a minimum load up to a full one has a printed price. You can look up your job before you call, which is unusual in this trade for a reason.
Labor And Disposal Included
The flyer says it plainly: pricing includes labor, loading, hauling and disposal. No hidden fees, no surprises, nothing added because the couch was heavier than it looked.
No Heavy-Item Upcharge
Hot tubs, pool tables, pianos, gym equipment and safes are priced by the space they take, same as everything else. Drain the hot tub before we arrive and the rest is on us.

How soon can you come out?
Same-day is normal here, not an emergency service with a premium attached. Booking windows run every two hours from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, and anything booked by 5pm is scheduled for the next day at the latest. After-hours is available when a closing, a tenant turnover or a rental changeover cannot wait for standard hours.
Do I have to move anything to the curb first?
No. The crew comes to wherever the items actually are: upstairs bedroom, back of the garage, behind the shed, second-floor lanai. Nothing needs to be dragged out, boxed up, dismantled or staged before we arrive. Hot tubs specifically do not need to be drained first, which is the single most common thing people are told to do elsewhere.
How does the pricing actually work?
Everything is measured as a fraction of one 16-foot trailer, and each fraction has a published price that includes labor, loading, hauling and disposal. You can look the ladder up yourself before calling. Thomas confirms which fraction your job fills once he sees it, and you approve that number before a single item is loaded.
What is the arrival window like?
Two hours, not four, and not a vague morning-or-afternoon. You pick a slot and that is the window the crew works to. This matters more than it sounds in a county where a lot of jobs are tied to a closing time, a check-in, or a contractor who needs the space cleared before he can start.
What can you take?
Furniture, appliances including refrigerators and air conditioners, electronics and TVs, mattresses, construction debris, yard waste, hot tubs, pool tables, pianos, safes, gym equipment, trampolines and playground sets. We do not take tires, batteries, paint, motor oil, propane tanks, chemicals, hazardous or biohazard material, concrete, dirt or roofing shingles.
Do you handle commercial work and cleanouts?
Yes. Estate cleanouts, foreclosure and eviction cleanouts, garage and attic cleanouts, office and retail clear-outs, and rental turnovers are all standard work. On Anna Maria Island in particular the turnover jobs get scheduled around guest check-in and check-out rather than around our own convenience.
Do you do demolition?
Interior demolition and gut work, which is most of the demo we do. Drywall cut out, ceilings down, kitchen and bathroom tear-outs for remodelers, flooring and underlayment up, and all of it hauled away in the same visit. We do not pull permits, we do not touch anything load bearing, and we do not disconnect gas, electrical or plumbing lines, so anything requiring a licensed trade needs to happen before the crew arrives.
What if I only have one item?
That is fine and it is priced off the same published ladder, starting at the minimum load. Small jobs are normal jobs here. You get the same two-hour window, the same in-home pickup, and the same sweep of the space afterward as a full trailer job would get. Thomas confirms which fraction your pile lands on before anything is loaded, so a small job stays a small price.
