A full gut means the room comes apart and leaves with us in the same visit. The space gets swept before we leave.
We are clear about the edges of this. We do not pull permits, we do not touch anything load bearing, and we do not disconnect gas, electric, water or sewer. If your project needs any of that, it needs a licensed contractor and we will tell you so rather than take the job.

Text or email a few pictures of the room and for a straightforward tear-out we can usually give you a price right then. Bigger or more unusual jobs get a free walkthrough so we can see what is behind the walls.
The crew arrives with tools, dust protection and the trailer. Everything comes down in order and goes into the trailer as it comes down. Most single rooms are a half day. A whole-unit gut can run a full day or more, quoted upfront.
The debris leaves with us. We sweep the space so your remodeler, plumber or electrician walks into a clean room instead of your leftovers.

Do you do interior demolition?
Yes. Interior work is most of the demolition we do: kitchen and bathroom tear-outs, drywall and ceilings out, flooring and underlayment up, and everything hauled away in the same visit. If you are a remodeler who wants the room emptied and swept before your crew starts, that is exactly the job.
What is the difference between light demolition and full demolition?
Light demolition is a piece of a room: one wall of drywall, a ceiling, a vanity and its tile, a run of cabinets. Full demolition is the whole room or the whole unit going back to bare studs and subfloor. The difference is scale and labor time, which is what changes the price. Describe what you have and we will tell you which one it is.
Do you work with remodelers and contractors?
Regularly. The pattern is the same every time: we get in first, take the room apart, load it and sweep it, and your trade walks into a clean space on schedule. Booking closes at 5pm for next-day work, so a Friday call is a Monday start.
Do you pull permits?
No. We do not pull building permits and we do not do work that requires a structural engineer. Nothing load bearing, no framing changes, no roof, no exterior walls. If your project needs any of that, it is a licensed general contractor project and we will say so plainly rather than take it on.
What about asbestos or lead paint in an older home?
We do not test for it and we do not remove it. Older ceilings, floor tile and adhesives can contain asbestos, and older paint can contain lead. If there is any doubt, it gets tested first and abated by a licensed abatement contractor before we touch the room. We would rather delay a job than create that problem for you.
Do you disconnect plumbing, gas or electric?
No. Before we quote we ask what is running to the room. Anything live needs a licensed plumber or electrician to cap or disconnect it before we start. We will tell you exactly what has to happen first so the schedule holds.
Do you haul the debris or just tear it out?
We haul it. That is the whole point of using us instead of a demo crew plus a dumpster. Drywall, cabinets, tile, trim and flooring go into the trailer as they come down and leave with us the same visit.
How do you price a gut job?
By what the room is and how much comes out of it, quoted on-site after we have looked at it. Photos get you a working number for a straightforward tear-out. We give you the final figure in writing before anything comes down, and it includes labor, loading, hauling and disposal.
Is there anything from a gut job you will not take?
Concrete, dirt, brick and roofing shingles are outside what we haul at any price, along with paint, solvents and anything hazardous. The crew flags anything out of scope during the walkthrough, before you approve a quote, so it never turns up as a surprise on the day.
